At Inspired Foundation, we believe that everyone deserves to feel seen, valued, and loved—especially during life’s most transformative moments.

That belief is at the heart of Bumps & Brunch, a special community initiative created to celebrate and support expectant and new mothers. Pregnancy and early motherhood bring incredible joy, but they can also come with physical, emotional, and financial challenges. Through this event, we simply want to remind mothers that they are not alone.

On 21st July, we will be bringing together 50 expectant and new mothers for an afternoon of good food, meaningful conversations, encouragement, and community. Every guest will also receive thoughtfully prepared care packages filled with essentials and gifts for both mother and baby.

We are honoured to be partnering with FoodBank Ghana, Kula Bistro, and Pentecost Hospital to make this initiative possible. Together, we hope to create an experience that leaves every mother feeling encouraged, celebrated, and appreciated.
